ARTs Outreach is the Education Division of PureART. We offer our community opportunities to learn, grow and succeed through our ARTs Education Outreach Programs!

An interactive education program PureART offers organizations, corporations, schools, and other institutions interested in promoting and reinforcing issues or concerns in their individual establishments through theatre and other interactive forms of ART. Suggested topics below are geared towards, but not limited to a particular community or group.

HeartheVoices: Creative Writing & Performance ART
This program offers the student the opportunity to learn all aspects of Performance ART Theatre. It begins with a creating writing course and continues to develop the students' artistic voices ending in an entire original production written and performed by they students themselves. The Students learn: the fundamentals of creative writing and playwriting, acting,directing,and production. Program is offered for entire semester or school year.
LiveART: Interactive Theater
A themed performance geared towards the challenges young adults face everyday (sex, violence, AIDS, imprisonment, etc.) A small group of performers travel to the participating school or institution and perform a 30-45 min interactive production. The performers will then lead the students in creating a prevention or intervention plan and give examples of possible solutions. Interactive theater can be performed as either theater or dance performance.
Local Partnership
PureART facilitates a relationship with a school or institution and a local established theater. The students will have an opportunity to visit the theater and attend one of their season productions. The students will have an opportunity to meet the cast and participate in a Master Class featuring one or more of the cast members or technical crew.
Master Class
A basic or introductory class led by a PureARTist, where the students will be able to immerse themselves in a specific art form.
